Shipping Policy
At HydroJug, we prioritize efficient and timely shipping for every order placed within the United States.
Order Processing
Once payment is confirmed, HydroJug processes orders within 1-2 business days. Please be aware that during peak seasons or promotional periods, this processing timeframe may be extended.
Shipping Timeframe
After processing, shipments typically arrive within 5-10 business days. However, depending on your location, shipping carrier, and unforeseen circumstances, delivery could take up to 30 calendar days.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order details and destination. These fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. After this 12-hour window, order processing begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order ships, HydroJug will provide tracking information. Please allow some time for the carrier to update tracking status after shipment.
Returns and Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
- To start a return, please contact HydroJug directly at noahtanaz700@gmail.com.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees except when the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

- Delivery times may be impacted by factors outside HydroJug’s control, such as severe weather, carrier delays, customs inspections, or holidays.
- For international orders, recipients may incur customs duties or import taxes, which are not included in shipping charges.
