Order Acceptance and Processing

When you place an order with HydroJug, your order is subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion. This includes situations such as:

  • Pricing errors
  • Inventory shortages
  • Payment verification issues
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

Orders typically take 2-4 business days to process before shipment.

Shipping Details

Estimated shipping times range from 7-15 business days depending on your delivery location within the United States. Shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout based on your order details and destination address.

Returns and Refunds

HydroJug accepts returns of eligible items within 30 days from the date you receive your order. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the original packaging
  • Products must be in the same condition as when received

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, please contact us at noahtanaz700@gmail.com to arrange return shipping and either a replacement or refund.

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at noahtanaz700@gmail.com. Beyond this cancellation window, your order may already be in processing, and cancellation might not be possible.
